A note from the founder
I’m a Filipino developer, and I’ve been on the talent side of these boards: rationing apply points, sending applications into silence, and scrolling past $3-an-hour offers for skilled work.
Employers have the opposite problem, with more applicants than they can check and no way to tell who’s real.
Fairshore is the board I wish both sides had.
So the rules live in the product, not the fine print: the pay is on every job, nothing is taken from wages, and every application ends with an answer.
